Clarity
What are your business goals? Are they the right goals and are they helping your business be sustainable and grow into being the business you have always dreamed of having?
We're going to make sure you're aiming for the right things that support the life and business you truly desire.
Income goals
and pricing
Are your income goals what they need to be? Do you know how you'll meet those income goals? Is it time to look at your pricing?
We'll work through some exercises to create a plan for your income that makes sense and feels achievable.
Planning
Together we’ll work through what needs to be done and what needs to be a priority in your business and get an action list created for the upcoming quarter.
Accountability
The easiest way to get off track is to not have any accountability built into your plan.
We're going to talk about setting up systems for accountability and how we can help each other make sure we achieve ALL our goals and dreams!
How will your Virtual Planning Day look?
We will be meeting throughout the day via Zoom. Each segment of the day will start with knowledge sharing and introducing an activity everyone will work on. We will then turn off the group chat, get some work done, and then come back to recap, and move to the next topic.
10 am - Introductions / Objectives of the day / Looking back
11am - Finances (Income, budgeting, pricing, etc)
12 pm "Lunch" break (depending on your time zone)
1 pm - Sales and marketing (what's been working and where to focus your time)
2 pm - Goal setting + action planning
3:30 pm Recap, lessons learned, taking action moving forward, and accountability
