Hey! I’m Lara Wellman...  

I’m a Marketing and Business Coach and here’s what I want to tell you about me.  

I’ve known WHAT to do when it comes to marketing for a long time, but even with that knowledge it took me a long time to be ready to be visible. Putting myself out there felt scary and terrifying and I just couldn’t bring myself to chance all that vulnerability.  

So I hid, and surprise surprise, when nobody could find me, I didn’t make all that much money. But once I started letting people see me – once I got consistent and really started getting visible, the sales started coming…. And then they kept growing and growing.  

And people started stopping me and saying, “Wow! Lara, you’re everywhere lately!”  

“I can’t believe how well things are going for you – you’ve taken so many big leaps in the last while!”  

“Your business is on fire lately!”  

And really the only difference was letting myself be seen and getting the support I needed to be seen. I want to give you the tools and tactics and strategies I have, and the support I know so many of us need, to get out there consistently. Because more visible means more sales!  

KICK OFF: Let’s make the plan!  

I have templates and strategies to get your marketing plan on paper and we’re going to do it together during a virtual VIP workshop day.  

This full day workshop is going to be a high action day so that we can create clear steps for you to take for the rest of the six weeks. When you’re feeling stuck and not sure what should go where, I will help walk you through and get you to a place where you feel comfortable knowing what’s coming next.

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY AND FEEDBACK  

Once we have a plan we’re going to start taking action, but sometimes it gets scary and we don’t take all the action we plan to take.  

Our weekly accountability calls are going to give you a reason to get things done and an opportunity to get feedback on what is working and what might need to change as you move forward (because the first plan isn’t always the right plan, and that’s OK!)

TOOL-SPECIFIC TRAINING  

Together you and I are going to work on your overall strategy – the parts that help us know whether or not you should be doing all those exciting things you hear everyone else doing – Facebook Lives and Facebook Groups, Podcasts and Snapchat!  

But once we figure out WHAT you should be doing, I want to give you some extra support on specific tools. I have a series of guest experts who will be providing tutorials and trainings and who will be available for Q&A to help you get set up. Experts who will talk about topics like : Facebook marketing,Instagram, LinkedIn, Email marketing, and podcasting.  

I've invited some incredible experts to record training videos for you on specific tools and tactics that you may decide are worth pursuing (once you have your main marketing plan figured out!) They'll then be available in our Facebook group for two days after the training videos go up for you to ask questions!
